A hundred thousand welcomes to the home page of Saint Brendan's, a progressive Celtic (KEL-tik) interspiritual community.
We are people who share a common interest in Celtic spirituality, the spirituality of the Celts who settled in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Brittany and the Isle of Mann. We come together for the purposes of prayer and meditation, ritual, and study.
We share the belief that the divine is immanent and accessible in all of creation, including every human being. We are non-dogmatic and welcoming of people with traditional and non-traditional spiritual beliefs.
We gather together as a community on the second Saturday of each month to celebrate our oneness with each other and all of creation through prayer, meditation, and fellowship.
We host a program for the public at large known as Connla's Well, which consists of a teaching session followed by discussion and fellowship. Our monthly sessions center on the study of nature, indigenous wisdom, mythology, philosophy, religion, science, or the arts, all of which we view as sources of inspiration and insight for living.
Four times per year, at our Connla's Well gatherings, we host ritual celebrations of the traditional Celtic festivals of Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane, and Lughnassadh.
Are you a person that affirms the goodness of all creation, the validity of all spiritual paths, and wishes to deepen your own sense of connection with the Great Mystery? Are you drawn to the mysticism and magic of Celtic spirituality? If so, you're not alone. Saint Brendan's Celtic Community exists for you.
